Text Box: The reformer workout strengthens and lengthens the muscles, aligns the body, and requires focused attention to detail.  The body is taken through a series of exercises utilizing spring tension, straps, and a moving platform designed to flow from one movement to the next.  
The intensity of the workout may be modified by adjusting the spring tension used for the exercises.

Class size is limited to 6 participants.
