Mat Classes

Text Box: The mat workout is designed to teach the fundamental principles of movement with the key connections necessary for strength, flexibility, and endurance while developing lean muscles. 
Toolbox is a mat class which uses the ring, foam roller, stability ball, and bands to go deeper into the body.
A class is being designed for those with osteopenia/osteoporosis.
It is recommended that one complete a fundamental mat series or private sessions before taking other classes.
